2020 Red Roan Gelding

Buddy is a six year-old strawberry Roan AQHA registered Gelding that stands 15 hands. Buddy is a great all-around ranch horse that has made his living prowling the pastures and doctoring sick cattle in all kinds of terrain. He is handy, broke to ride and has all the proper buttons on him. He will lope nice collected circles in the arena, pick his leads up both directions and has a big stop. He has a great turnaround and will easily side pass to open and close gates. You can smooch to him and he will side pass up to a mounting block or fence and make it easy to climb a board. He is very, very gentle and wants to be your buddy all the time. He has never offered to be tight or buck or do anything dumb. This is a great horse that has been in good hands his whole life and was started the right way. He walks out good and is  smooth riding in  all of his gates. He is great to sort Cattle  on and will really watch a cow. He is very easy to rope on and has roped  and doctored hundreds of them on the outside and has had some arena roping done as well. He would make into a team roping horse in short order. He has all the tools and is ready to back into the box and go to it. He is great out on the trails and is not spooky of things along the way. Crosses water logs, and all the different obstacles with ease. He is easy to load bathe and shoe and has no bad habits. He is extremely sound and we will guarantee him to be 100% sound. This is a great young horse at the start of his career just waiting to be pointed in any direction.
