2014 Chestnut Gelding

Cracker is an 11 year old grade quarter horse dark chestnut gelding that stands 14.3 hands tall. This is a very cool little horse that is super fun to ride. He is very handy broke to ride in every way. He has all of the buttons on him and is very easy to operate even for less experienced riders. He is extremely safe and gentle for most any levels of rider And takes care of his person. He is an accomplished cow horse and can sort cattle with the best of them. He has a ton of natural ability and has a smooth way of moving. He has been used on the ranch to sort, Rope and doctor cattle in the pasture as well as a little bit in the arena. He is the kind you could take right to the team panning or ranch sorting and do very well on. He has drug calves to the branding fire as well. He will spin both directions correctly and will step to his short lope right from a standstill. Very easy to open and close gates from and makes it easy. He is trained to let you step up on your mounting block and simply smooch to him and he will side step over and help you get on. This is the kind of horse you can lay off for months at a time and just go catch him when you need him and he will be the same horse every time. Absolutely no buck , pull back or issues of any kind. This is a Very sweet natured horse that is friendly and honest. He has also been used as a trail horse going up and down the trails in all kinds of different terrain. Crosses water and obstacles easily, and will not spook at things along the way. Has a good outside walk and goes where you point him. Cracker would be a great addition to anyone’s program.
