2018 Palomino Gelding

Magnum is a 5yr old AQHA Registered Golden Palomino Gelding that stands 14.3 hands tall and is stout made. This is a beautiful guy that is a very good minded individual that always tries to please. He is well trained and knows all the maneuvers in the arena and will step to a nice slow lope and lopes pretty circles. He will pick up his leads both ways and has a big stop. Will roll over his hocks and has a good neck rein. He has been used on the ranch sorting and gathering cattle and has been roped on in the pasture and has started roping slow cattle in the arena. He is easy to train and picks things up easily. He would excel as a rope horse given the chance and is an outstanding prospect that could go any direction. He is a great trail horse that is not spooky by nature.  He always keeps his cool and is a safe gentle guy every time you saddle him up. Crosses water and deadfall with ease. He will let you crawl up on a fence or mounting step and you can smooch to him and he’ll step over and you can easily climb aboard. This is a fancy little horse in his prime and he will be a great asset to anyone’s program. He loads and hauls quietly and has  a friendly personality. We will continue to ride and train this cool gelding until he finds his forever home. He is the kind that will be a great family horse that all can enjoy. He comes out of  the great Montana Weaver Ranch breeding program and wears there brand. He has an excellent foundation quarter horse pedigree. We really have enjoyed this guy and know he has a big bright future ahead of him. He has no blemishes and is 100% sound.
