2015 Chestnut Gelding

Rebel is a grade  liver chestnut  10 year-old quarter horse gelding that stands 15.1 hands. He is a very gentle guy that is always friendly and gentle. He is very broke to ride and is easy to operate. He will collect up and lope nice circles in the arena and picks his leads up very easily. He was started in a cutting program when he was younger and will really work a cow. He is very fun to sort cattle on  and will not loose a cow with out giving you his all. He has  been roped on quite a bit and has a lot of natural rate. He is the kind of horse you can lay off for months at a time and just go and catch him when you need him and put him to work. He has an outstanding one hand, neck rein and will turn around correct both directions. He will easily step to a slow short lope that is extremely comfortable. He has done all of the Ranch chores and has spent countless hours out on the trails. He is not a spooky horse and handles all of the different obstacles with ease. Very easy to open and close gates on. he is also trained to let you get on him off of a step or mounting block and will patiently wait for you to get a board. He has a good outside walk and is the kind that can be ridden by the whole family. He does not have a mean bone in his body and has never offered to buck or be silly in anyway. Just cinch  him up step on and go to work. This is a cool horse in the prime of his life that we’re happy to offer for Sale. He is 100% sound in every way.
