2010 Dun Gelding

Riggin, is a grade Dun quarter horse gelding that is 14 years old and stands 14 hands tall. This is a nice cute, ranch and Trail gelding that is gentle and honest and is an experienced all-around Ranch horse. Been used in the branding pen and has drug calves to the fire. doctored cattle on the ranch and heeled a few steers in the arena. He will take time off and always saddles up gentle ready to go. He has a nice easy, slow lope and will pick up his leads easily both directions. He will side pass and open and close gates. You can ride him bareback in a halter, and if you climb up on the fence and Smooch to him, he will side step over and let you on. We have used him for some of our younger riders during trail rides. He is good about crossing the different obstacles out on the trails and has been to the mountains and is surefooted. Easy to catch and shoe and Haul. Great ground manners.
